Diversified Industries has successfully partnered with ManageAssist, Inc. to strongly upgrade the skills of its employees, from supervisory to floor personnel, through its courses in Identifying and Eliminating Waste, Workplace Organization & 5S, Principles of Lean Manufacturing, Implementing Workplace Organization, Quick Changeover Practices, Quality at the Source, Frontline Supervisory and Lead Personnel skills, and Voice of the Customer. This intensive ten-month training program was funded by a New Jersey Skills Partnership Training Grant.
