AAL Hosts Executive Leadership Program for High-Potential Women in Health Professions
AAL (Academy for Academic Leadership) will host the 2016 Exceptional Executive Leadership Program for Women (ExcEL for Women) October 16-18 at Chateau Elan Winery and Resort in Braselton, GA. During the two-and-a-half-day workshop, participants will engage in hands-on structured training and mentorship to enhance their personal and interpersonal leadership skills. Individually tailored to build upon one competency at a time, the curriculum addresses topics critical to the growth of high-impact leaders.
