OTRS Group Announces English Ticketing System Training in Germany This April
On April 18-21, 2016, OTRS will host a four-day administrator training session featuring the open-source and cloud-based ticketing system. The first of only two English training sessions in 2016 in central Europe, the sessions will teach IT professionals the best practices for OTRS configuration and administration.
