SIMmersion’s Virtual Job Interview Training Simulation Advances Federal Effort to Help People with Disabilities Find Competitive Work
In a public meeting on May 11 and 12, the Department of Labor Advisory Committee on Increasing Competitive Integrated Employment for Individuals with Disabilities assembled to discuss the state of affairs for jobseekers with disabilities and recommendations for their future. SIMmersion was selected to address the committee about the virtual system Job Interview Training with Molly Porter and how this technology could address a number of key barriers jobseekers with disabilities face as they strive for full participation in the competitive workforce.
