Soft-Lite Windows has appointed Steve Sigley to the position of third-shift Production Manager for its manufacturing facility in Streetsboro, OH. In his new position, Sigley will work to ensure that new employees are brought into the organization in the most effective manner possible, then trained and supported in a way that is vitally important -- and often difficult due to the schedule.
