American College of Lifestyle Medicine Launches Women’s Health Installment of CME/CE “Food as Medicine” Course to Fill Physician and Clinician Nutrition Knowledge Gap

The American College of Lifestyle Medicine, the medical professional society that has championed food as medicine since its inception in 2004, today announced the launch of the fourth installment of its new CME- and CE-accredited “Food as Medicine” online course for medical professionals to fill the gap in medical education on nutrition training. “Food as Medicine: Preconception, Pregnancy and Postpartum” explores the importance of nutrition in preconception, pregnancy, and postpartum health for the mother, child, and family.
