SANTA ANA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Total HealthCare Management, Inc. (THM) announced today that Dr. Paul E. Wakim has joined the firm as its new Medical Director. Dr. Wakim replaces recently retired Dr. Lester Sacks who had served as THM’s medical director for the past five years. Dr. Wakim completed his medical training at the University of Health Sciences in Kansas City, MO where he graduated in 1972.
