New SofTutor Learning System Reduces Learning Time and Increases Retention

In response to President Obama's American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, New Vision Software, Inc. redesigned its SofTutor interactive video learning system to reduce the time and complexity it takes to make training content by up to 80%, while making it easy enough for anyone to use for collaborative skill sharing.
