MentorWorks Education Capital offers a "fund and support" hybrid model combining an Income Share Agreement (ISA) program with active career enhancement and connections to employers for current college students and non-traditional students. XR Terra, a Boston-based AR/VR training program, is utilizing funding from MentorWorks’ ISAs to give their students an alternative to loans.
