Autodesk Acquisition Expands Additive Manufacturing Software Portfolio
SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Autodesk, Inc. (Nasdaq: ADSK) has signed a definitive agreement to acquire netfabb, a Lupburg, Germany-based developer of software solutions for industrial additive design and manufacturing.
