ROANOKE, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ITT Exelis (NYSE: XLS) has been awarded an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract from the U.S. Army to provide Generation 3 aviation night vision systems, spare parts and accessories.
