JDA Software Group Announces Private Offering of $275 Million of Senior Notes
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--JDA® Software Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: JDAS) today announced that it intends to commence an offering, subject to market and other conditions, of $275 million aggregate principal amount of senior notes in a private offering.
