Precision Motion, Nanopositioning, and Automation Solutions to Showcase at SPIE Photonics West 2022
PI will highlight new multi-axis motion and automation systems based on hexapods, linear motors, air bearings and other direct drive motors for applications including laser material processing, high resolution metrology / microscopy and silicon photonics (SiP) test and alignment. Piezo technology drive solutions will also be shown at BIOS and Photonics West in San Francisco, Booths 8307 / 3307, South Lobby, January 22 - 27, 2022.
