Nahsai, an advanced materials technology start-up, has been awarded a contract by the U.S. Air Force to develop a wireless sensor array that operates in extreme temperatures of nearly 3000 degrees and could advance sensing capabilities in hypersonics, space, and rocket propulsion systems. Nahsai will be working with North Carolina State University, the Air Force Research Laboratory, and U.S. Space Force's Rocket Systems Launch Program to leverage ceramic nanocomposite commercial technologies for use with the Department of Defense.
