SAE International and DIN Announce Agreement to Publish SAE Autonomous Vehicle Definition Standard in German

SAE International announces a signed agreement with Deutsches Institut für Normung (DIN) for the translation of SAE’s technical standard J3016 (Taxonomy and Definitions for Terms Related to On-Road Motor Vehicle Automated Driving Systems) into German language, as part of the new DIN SPEC 91340.
