Bio-imaging for Lab and Industry is Focus of Winter College in Optics at ICTP
The 2017 Winter College on Optics focused on applied optical techniques for bio-imaging, and was held at the Abdus Salam International Centre for Theoretical Physics in Trieste, co-sponsored by organizations including SPIE, the international society for optics and photonics, and the International Commission for Optics. Session topics covered how light-based innovations can have positive outcomes for virtually every step of food production and consumption.
