NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Fitch Ratings assigns a rating of \'AA-/F1+\' to the $6,750,000 Industrial Development Authority (IDA) of Maricopa County, Arizona\'s variable-rate demand solid waste disposal revenue bonds (Michael Pylman Dairy, L.L.C. Project), series 2005. The rating is based on the support provided by an irrevocable confirming letter of credit (CLOC) issued by the CoBank ACB rated \'AA-/F1+\' which confirms an irrevocable, direct-pay letter of credit (LOC) issued by Farm Credit Services
