Matt Soto has been appointed Head of Custom Essence LLC
Matt is a 15+ year veteran of the fragrance industry and comes to Custom Essence, LLC from Givaudan Fragrance Corporation where he has enjoyed an extremely successful career in various senior commercial roles with both regional and global responsibilities. He has significantly helped to drive strong top-line growth, working in all major product categories with a focus on profitable growth, whitespace opportunities, innovation, and customer partnerships. Most recently, in addition to his commercial responsibilities, he has served as the Integration Project Lead post Givaudan’s acquisition of Custom Essence in December 2021. He received his Masters of Business Administration degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University and his Bachelor of Arts degree from Monmouth University.
