Transcending Identity, Igniting Creativity: WeXL's Boundless Filmmaking Celebrates Joyful Collaboration Between Youth and Mentors
The WeXL Boundless Self-discovery Filmmaking program cultivated a vibrant environment where young creators and industry professionals transcended individual identities to collaborate and create. Over five weeks, kids aged 5 to 11 and mentors joyfully worked together, learning from one another and making movies. WeXL celebrates the fruits of this exciting program with an exclusive screening of the youth films at The Little Roxie Theater. This event highlights the collective creativity and transformation that occur when we engage in shared learning and mutual respect, reinforcing WeXL's vision of empowering individuals and communities through the creative process.
