Aethlon Capital Completes Financing for Delphax Technologies Inc.
MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aethlon Capital, LLC, a Minneapolis-based investment bank, announced today that it has obtained expansion capital for Delphax Technologies Inc. (OTC:DLPX), a Bloomington, Minnesota, designer, manufacturer, and distributor of advanced digital print production systems. Under terms of the financing, Air T, Inc., of Maiden, North Carolina, will acquire a new class of Delphax series B preferred stock and provide debt financing in the form of a senior subordinated note.
