Fitch: Keysight Technologies' 'BBB' IDR Unaffected by Anite Acquisition
CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Fitch Ratings believes the \'BBB\' Issuer Default Rating for Keysight Technologies, Inc. (Keysight) is unaffected by the proposed acquisition of software-centric wireless design and validation testing solutions provider, Anite Plc (Anite).
